You can take advantage of option number 2 if you don’t have much time on your hands. Get the clients, negotiate the rate, find the right providers/contractors for them (some you need to train though) and offer then a rate that is a little lower of what you and the client have agreed on. This way, you helped a fellow contractor find a job, you get a little something from their work, and you are not doing the work yourself. Work smart, not hard.
